A few days ago had me at Riverside Cemetery with two strobes and an angel.
Ever since the flash bus tour, I have been a strobe freak. I have been practicing every chance I get with my off-camera flashes. Riverside has some great statues, and I’ve gotten some great shots there before at sunset, so I wanted to try some extreme lighting with one statue in particular. Here’s a sample of what I got.
I was using a Canon 580 as my main flash (camera right), and my Canon 430 EX II as the fill (camera left). I varied the intensity throughout the session for various effects.
I plan to go back. See more in the gallery.
