Although the weather was much more reminiscent of winter than spring, Jerry and I enjoyed a little spring break getaway to Charleston and Savannah for a long weekend free of work, wear, and tear. We were fortunate enough that two of our dear friends were able to meet up with us for a mini photo session to celebrate their recent engagement.
We were thrilled when this sweet family invited us back to their home for another season of holiday photos – it’s been a lot of fun to watch Veronica grow up since this time last year.
We were already looking forward to our exclusive rights for a pre-prom photo shoot with my baby brother and his beautiful girlfriend, but these two little stars made the night so much fun!
It’s hard to believe that the baby girl we met a few months is about to celebrate her first birthday this week, but here’s proof: she practices smashing her birthday cake, she models pretty pearls that are family heirlooms, and she’s already running around the house like a pro.
The new year has already been a busy one — in every way but photography, unfortunately. My day job has been keeping me busy, so I have had little time to spare for my favorite hobby. Autumn and I were able to get away two weekends ago to visit friends in Augusta and their new baby boy Alexander.
We had the pleasure of returning to the W’s home to capture some holiday moments with this sweet family. You may remember baby Veronica, though she’s grown quite a bit since we last saw her.
