Mr. and  Mrs. Brady:

I am honored that you all chose Grandma's House to care for your son, Brett.  
We know that the first few years of a child's life are the most important.  
Providing a safe, nurturing environment is our primary goal here.All parents of children
attending Grandma's House are assured that their children are safe and receiving the best
care possible.  

In the past two months, Brett has demonstrated behavior that compromises this assurance.  
In addition to using profanity, he has bitten 6 children (causing one to require stitches), 
kicked a teacher, scratched, hit, and pulled the hair of others on a regular basis.

Despite, numerous conferences with you, Brett has not shown any positive changes in his behavior.    
Because we cannot afford to jeopardize the well being of our other children, Brett will not be 
allowed to return to our center.  There are a number of other centers that may better accommodate 
Brett's needs.  We will be more than happy to provide you all with the necessary information.
