Assignments 1-8 Assignments 9 and 10 Begin working on an HTML portfolio that will promote you as a technical writer. Include graphics, text, and examples of your writing expertise. Provide links to your various projects keeping in mind your audience (see ads) at all times. Use your style sheet that you developed for assignment 3 (or create a new one) and appropriate meta tags. Submit your finished portfolio to at least two search engines, or technical writing sites. Post your completed portfolio to your personal web site and email me to submit it. Assignment 11 Pick a verb on LitMUSE that has a poorly written or no help message and write one. It should be precise and succinct, giving at least one example. Make sure you present your text neatly so that users may follow your instructions. Submit your help file to me via email. Assignment 12 TBA Assignment 13 TBA Assignment 14 Repeat assignment 6 with current facts. Assignment 15 Self-evaluation. Prepare a report that answers the following questions in memo form.
