ENC 4260: HTML / MOO Theory and Practice

Course Policies

Since ENC 4260 is a senior-level class, I expect the students to perform with a refined degree of professionalism. I expect work to be done in a timely, fastidious manner: free of simple mistakes, neat, and thorough. I expect regular attendance in-class and on the MOO; and while in-class, you should display enthusiasm and respect toward the material and your colleagues.

Communication

All written communication with me regarding this class should be conducted professionally, using precise grammar, style, and decorum. I may best be contacted via email, [email protected], or MOO-mail. All assignments submitted electronically (probably most of them) should be emailed to [email protected]. If assignments are sent to any of my other email addresses, I cannot guarantee that I will receive them. The dropbox is setup specifically for submitting assignments; therefore, do not use this address for communication with me. For inquiries not concerning this class or its assignments, use [email protected]; however, do not put me on your private mailing lists. I do not wish to receive jokes, virus warnings, or any other general information.

Research Days

A certain number of scheduled class meetings will be conducted via LitMUSE or will be left up to the you to do individual work outside of class. On these days, I will be available in CPR-202, but your attendance is not required physically, only virtually. I will explain these days more specifically as they approach.

For more detailed statement of my other course policies—like attendance, grading, etc.—see General Course Policies.
