| Now that you better understand the nature of "technical writing," locate four different technical documents addressing various degrees of technical audiences (cf. Lannon ch. 3) on the World Wide Web (several are linked off of this site). Write a memo to me assessing the presentation of the above sites as technical documents (make sure you include specific references to the web sites and their URLs). In your conclusion, speculate as to the efficacy of the WWW in communicating technical information as a medium. What are its strengths? Weaknesses? |
