The text above represents the heading of an email essay. This example illustrates how all formal essays should be formatted when you submit them via email. The top, left sides should have the following information: name, social security #, class and section, instructor's name, and date. Follow this information by another return and center the title. The body of the text should then begin one line below the title with a single return between paragraphs for readibility. Indenting paragraphs, therefore, is not necessary.
