Recipes

I have tried my best to collect various tasty recipes that stick with the MacDougall Plan; i.e., foods with no added fat and no animal products, also excluding eggs and dairy. Since beginning this program, I lost 25 pounds in two months with daily exercise, and I feel the best I have ever felt in my life. Since our culture is so fat-crazy, making oils seem compulsory in cooking, I have tried to pull together some recipes that I have made and enjoy. Most of these are usually based on other fat-included recipes, but I have modified them to fit my healthier choice of living and eating.

I know there are a dearth of recipes right now, but keep checking back, and send me your favorites for inclusion.
