Principles of Operation

The board game Tech Trivia provides questions for students to review terms and concepts of technical communication. In a competitive fashion, students race to be the first to finish the game. During this competition, the players are asked questions that test their knowledge and review material on technical writing. While competing, the concepts of technical writing are reinforced, and the players will remember information on technical writing.

Mechanism Description

A player rolls the dice. This action triggers another player to ask a question. The player who rolled the dice must then answer this question. Correct responses allow the the player to move his gamepiece on the board. These actions are repeated until someone reaches the finish square.
